By Car
- Approaching from M5 Southbound
- At junction 30, take the A379/A376 exit to Dawlish/Exeter/Sidmouth/Exmouth/Services
- Exiting the motorway, you will approach Sandygate Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A379
- After 1 mile, slight left to merge onto Rydon Ln/A379 toward City Centre/Dawlish/Marsh Barton/Topsham
- As you come down the hill take the right hand lane on approach to the roundabout.
- At Countess Wear Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Topsham Rd/A3015
- Continue to follow A3015 for 2.1 miles
- Keep left to continue on Western Wy./A3015
- Turn left onto Lower Coombe St
- From here you can continue left to the Cathedral and Quay Car park or Turn Right and drive down Quay Hill where the centre will be on your left.
Approaching from A38 / Devon Expressway
- Head down Haldon Hill then Slight left onto the A30 West ramp to Okehampton/Exeter/A377
- Continue onto A30
- Follow instructions from A30 Eastbound
Approaching from A30 Eastbound
- Take the A377 ramp to Exeter/Crediton
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A377 / Alphington Rd
- This leads you to Ex Bridges, continue following signs for City Centre
- As you cross the Bridge, the A377 turns slightly right and becomes Frog St/A3015
- Continue to follow A3015, up the hill in the right hand lane.
- Indicate right, wait in the central reservation then turn right onto Lower Coombe St
- From here you can continue left to the Cathedral and Quay Car park or Turn Right and drive down Quay Hill where the centre will be on your left.
Approaching from Exeter Rd/ A377 Southbound
- After passing through Cowley, at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Cowley Bridge Rd/A377
- Continue for 1.2 miles, then you will approach a small double roundabout
- At the first roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Bonhay Rd/A377
- At the second roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on Bonhay Rd/A377
- Your will pass Exeter St David's Station on your right hand side
- Keep in the left hand lane, then turn left onto Frog St/A3015
- Indicate right, wait in the central reservation then turn right onto Lower Coombe St
- From here you can continue left to the Cathedral and Quay Car park or Turn Right and drive down Quay Hill where the centre will be on your left.
By Bus
- The G bus (Haven Banks) has 18 stops departing from Hamlin Gardens, Heavitree and ending at The Quay, Haven Banks.
- This is currently the only bus that comes directly onto Exeter Quay and stops just outside our centre.
- It is currently operated by Greenslade Tours. Days: Monday to Saturday (except Public Holidays) hourly, 6 buses per day each way.
- The last bus leaves the Quay at 15:30
By Train
- ROCK Spine and Joint Centre is within walking distance of 3 train stations.
- Exeter St Thomas (10 min, 0.4 Miles flat walk)
- Exeter Central (15 min, 0.7 Miles Downhill walk to the Centre)
