Maintaining your progress is a key part of our long-term approach. In this phase, regular check-ups and ongoings adjustments/corrections help to sustain the improvements achieved during earlier stages. For many people, this involves a brief visit once every one to three months, although the exact schedule is personalised based on your lifestyle, goals, and overall well-being. Our integrative approach means we can readily facilitate complementary therapies - such as massage therapy or rehabilitative care - whenever additional support is needed.
Having had lower back issues that resulted in significant discomfort and lack of movement I sought out the team at Rock for assistance. My issues had started to affect my every day and family life and I struggled to put on my socks. Having had a consultation with Dr Sari I embarked on a weekly treatment schedule.
