Terms & Conditions – Rock Spine & Joint Centre

Welcome to ROCK Spine and Joint Centre. By booking or attending any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which help ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and the highest standard of care for all our patients.

1. Our Services

Rock Spine & Joint Centre provides multidisciplinary healthcare services, including but not limited to:

• Chiropractic care
• Physiotherapy
• Massage therapy
• Medical acupuncture
• Cold laser therapy
• Exercise rehabilitation
• Wellness talks and workshops

All services are delivered by qualified and insured professionals who are registered with their appropriate regulatory bodies.

2. Ownership & Structure

Rock Chiropractic DC Ltd provides chiropractic and related services under the leadership of Dr Sari Botros.
Rock Physiotherapy Exeter Ltd, owned by Mrs Wida Botros, provides physiotherapy and associated rehabilitation services.
The Centre Manager is Mr Trenell Campbell-Lowe and can be reached on [email protected]

All services operate in collaboration within the same premises under the ROCK Spine and Joint Centre identity.  

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We do our best to provide flexible appointment times to suit your schedule.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
There is no charge for missed appointments, but repeated non-attendance may result in limited future availability.
If you are late, we may still need to end your session at the original time to respect others’ bookings.

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of each session, unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash, card, and some insurance arrangements (please confirm in advance).
Any additional admin charges (for example, for reports or letters) will be discussed beforehand.

5. Health & Safety

Inform your practitioner of any recent injuries, illnesses, or changes to your health.
All treatments are discussed with you beforehand, and your informed consent will be obtained before beginning.

6. What to Expect from Care

Our goal is to relieve pain, improve function, and support long-term health. Depending on your care plan, you may receive:

• Hands-on treatment such as manipulation, massage, or dry needling
• Exercise instruction or home rehab plans
• Modalities such as medical acupuncture or cold laser therapy
• Lifestyle advice and support

You may experience mild soreness or stiffness following treatment, which usually resolves within 24–48 hours. Any specific risks will be discussed individually by your clinician.

7. Open vs Private Settings

Some chiropractic care takes place in an open-plan area to encourage community learning. If you prefer privacy, please let us know and we will accommodate your request.
Physiotherapy and massage are always provided in private rooms.

8. Parking & Access

We do not have on-site parking. Nearby options include:

• Cathedral & Quay Car Park (Lower Coombe Street)
• Limited disabled parking near Riverside Café

Our premises are accessible to most, but please contact us ahead of time if you require specific accommodations.

9. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and relevant health legislation.
Your records are securely stored and only accessed by authorised team members.
We never share your information without your consent, unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and available at our front desk.
